Isaac Webb

Isaac Webb is an experienced professional in the field of highways and infrastructure, currently serving as the Director at Norman Rourke Pryme since August 2019, where responsibilities include project and contract management for highway schemes. Prior to this role, Isaac held positions at Waterman Aspen from May 2013 to August 2019, serving as a Consulting Engineer and Project Manager for Oxfordshire County Council, managing major projects, as well as an Associate Director with oversight of a team providing design and commercial assurance. Isaac also contributed to Slough Borough Council’s implementation team, managing capital funded schemes. Previously, experience at JMP Consultants Ltd from July 2006 to May 2013 involved delivering contract documentation and managing technical queries for various highway projects. Isaac holds an MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
