Kevin Stears

Kevin Stears is an experienced Project Director currently working at Norman Rourke Pryme since April 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Major Projects Programme Manager at the London Borough of Camden from July 2016 to March 2023, where management of award-winning transformational schemes took place. Earlier roles include Senior Estates Project Manager at QinetiQ and Corporate Property Manager at the London Borough of Lambeth. Kevin has also contributed to Olympic project management while contracted to LOCOG and has experience as a Retail Real Estate Executive at Everything Everywhere Ltd. Additional experience includes project management roles at ExCeL London and Tesco Stores Ltd., as well as a long tenure as a Senior Designer at CSA. Kevin's educational background includes time at St John Fisher, Kelmcott Senior High School, and Mid Kent College.
