Kevin Randolph

Kevin Randolph, MS, CFE, currently serves as an Investigation Specialist at Normandale Community College since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Police Lieutenant at the Crosby, MN Police Department from January 2016 to April 2019, where responsibilities included supervising a team of ten sworn officers, one civilian employee, and eight volunteer reserve officers. Kevin's law enforcement experience also includes serving as a Police Investigator at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from 2002 to 2015, where Kevin was the primary investigator for sex crimes and managed criminal investigations for over 20,000 residents, achieving a case closure rate of over 75%. Earlier in Kevin's career, a role as a Police Officer involved patrolling one of the largest universities in the nation, ultimately serving a population exceeding 150,000. Kevin Randolph holds a Master of Science in Occupational Toxicology from the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Roosevelt University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Natural Resources Conservation and Research from Finger Lakes Community College.
