Sophie Lachance

Sophie Lachance, MBA, FICA, has extensive experience in the field of collective insurance and remuneration. Currently serving as Associée assurance collective et Chef Expérience NB at Normandin Beaudry since May 2006, Sophie has also held roles including Associée, rémunération et assurance collective, and Conseillère principale within the same organization. Prior to joining Normandin Beaudry, Sophie worked at Mercer as a Conseillère principale from 1997 to 2006 and at Martineau Provencher as an Analyste et conseillère from 1991 to 1996. Sophie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EMBA McGill HEC Montréal (2015-2017) and a Baccalauréat in Actuariat from Université Laval (1987-1990).
