Jenney Shi

Jenney Shi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenney is currently working as a Product Design Lead at Normative.io since March 2023. Prior to this, they held a similar position at Petli from June 2022 to December 2022.

Jenney also has experience at Kry, where they worked as a Design Lead from 2020 to 2022, and as a Product Designer from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they served as the Head of Design at Second Nature from 2017 to 2019. Jenney also worked as a Product Designer at Founders Factory Ltd in 2017.

Earlier in their career, Jenney worked as a Digital Designer at Felix&Friends from 2015 to 2017, and as a Junior Designer at Southerly from 2014 to 2015. Jenney initially gained experience as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at the City of Surrey from 2008 to 2014.

Jenney Shi began their education in 2009 at The Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where they earned a certificate in Interdisciplinary Design Studies in 2010. Jenney then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design for Marketing at the same institution from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University for the Creative Arts, focusing on Advertising and Brand Communication. Finally, in 2016-2017, they attended Kingston University and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in User Experience Design.
