Janne Rannikko

Janne Rannikko currently serves as the Head of Commercial, Services at Normet Group, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rannikko spent a decade at Nokia, where significant contributions included serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President, Commercial Management and Business Digitalization. Notable achievements involved transforming Nokia’s organizational culture towards AI and machine learning, spearheading a business digitalization program that realized over 50 million EUR in annual operational savings, and successfully managing the commercial integration of Nokia’s 15 billion EUR acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent. Rannikko's earlier experience includes leading pricing and contract management at Nokia Siemens Networks from April 2011 to July 2013.
