Niina Pesonen

Niina Pesonen has extensive work experience in human resources. Niina began their career as an HR Consultant at Kesko from 1990 to 1992. Niina then worked at Nokia Cellular Systems from 1992 to 1997, first as an HR Consultant and later as an HR Manager. Niina then joined Nokia Czech Republic as the Head of Region HR from 1997 to 1998. From 1999 to 2017, they worked at Nokia Networks in various HR leadership roles, including HR Director and HR Head of different divisions. After leaving Nokia Networks, they joined Comptel Corporation as the SVP of HR from 2007 to 2017. Currently, they are the Human Resources VP at Normet Group, a position they have held since 2017.

Niina Pesonen earned their Master's degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Helsinki University between 1984 and 1989. Niina'sfield of study focused on Adult Education, Social Psychology, and Communication.
