Nancy Kirkiles-Smith, PhD

Nancy Kirkiles-Smith, PhD has a strong background in immunobiology and research, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Nancy began their career at Yale University School of Medicine, where they served as an Associate Research Scientist. During this time, Nancy developed in vivo models of human disease, conducted cell culture and organ culture, and was an expert in immunoassay development and execution. Nancy also played a key role in isolating human immune cells from peripheral blood for various research purposes. In 2020, Nancy joined Abcam as a Scientist specializing in Immunohistochemistry.
