Bo Lippert-Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bo is currently the Head of Customer Success and also works in Strategy & Expansion at NORNORM since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager Integrated Store Solutions at IKEA of Sweden/IKEA FOOD from March 2019 to July 2020. Bo has an extensive background at IKEA of Sweden/IKEA Food, where they held various positions including Program Manager, Global Business Leader, Business Leader, Global Commercial Manager, and Project Leader. Bo was responsible for leading and developing different businesses, with a focus on product development, range expansion, and retail implementation. Bo also worked as the Managing Director at Natuzzi Nordic A/S from December 2002 to December 2006. Bo began their career at Inter Ikea Systems BV, where they held roles such as Director Retail Systems, Business Development Manager, Deputy Manager, Franchise Support, and Commercial Controller. Bo also worked as a Market Consultant at Magasin du Nord and a Market Research Consultant at Gfk Danmark. Bo started their professional journey as a First Lieutenant at The Royal Danish Lifeguard.

Bo Lippert-Larsen's education history began in 1978 when they attended Herlufsholm Skole og Gods. Bo studied languages and completed their student degree in 1981. Afterward, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and pursued a degree in Business Administration from 1984 to 1987. Continuing their education at the same institution, Bo earned a degree in Marketing, known as HD-A, from 1987 to 1989.
