Filip Johannesson started their work experience in 2013 as the Sales/Marketing Director at Fitnessguru, where they worked until October 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Project Leader at Indivator for a few months before transitioning to a Business Development Intern role at Bisnode, where they worked until June 2016. Filip then worked as a Junior Consultant Intern at Roland Berger from August to December 2016. In 2017, Filip joined Ceder Capital as a Deal Team Intern from January to July, and simultaneously started working at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. At McKinsey, they had various responsibilities, including being a member of the Private Equity and Digital practices. Filip was involved in over 20 projects across different industries and worked globally, including in the Nordics, UK, Japan, and Australia. From September 2019 to April 2020, Filip took on an engagement loan to the Sydney office of McKinsey, focusing on the financial services industry. Finally, in 2021, they became the Head of Growth at NORNORM, a subscription-based furnishing model aimed at improving workspaces for people, businesses, and the planet.
Filip Johannesson began their education in 2011 at Upplands-Brogymnasiet, where they completed their Upper Secondary School education. Filip'sfield of study during this period was Social Science - Business. After graduating from Upplands-Brogymnasiet in 2013, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics. Filip completed this degree in 2016, specializing in Accounting & Financial Management and Management.
