Mingyang Liu, CFS, currently serves as the R&D/QA Value-Added Product Manager at NORPAC Foods, Inc. since February 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing production of various finished products, managing allergen and NON-GMO programs, and conducting technical support and audits. Previous experience includes an R&D internship at WILD Flavors & Specialty Ingredients and a research assistant role at Oregon State University, where significant contributions involved food quality testing, product development, and training. Mingyang holds a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University and a BS in Food Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
