Elius Kamuhabwa

Elius Kamuhabwa is an experienced Highway Engineer with a professional background that includes roles at Norplan from March 2022 to the present and SAFI CONSULTANTS LTD from January 2021 to February 2022. Elius completed a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) between 2016 and 2020 and attended Kibaha Secondary School from 2014 to 2016, as well as Ipwaga Secondary School from 2010 to 2013.
