Steven Swajanen

Steven Swajanen is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in operational controlling and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as the Operational Controller at Norris Cylinder Company since November 2022, Steven is focused on addressing operational deficiencies and overseeing month-end financial activities. Previous experience includes a 14-month contract as Operational Controller at Hubbell Incorporated, where Steven restructured plant production and logistics, and serving as Controller at Georgia Transformer prior to that. Steven's extensive career also includes key roles at Peterson Spring, Cattleman’s Meat Company, and multiple positions at SS Accounting and Financial Consulting Services, covering various accounting disciplines. Steven holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a CPA specialization and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Walsh College.
