Linda Flaherty

Linda Flaherty has over 13 years of experience in leadership roles in the legal industry. Linda is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Norris McLaughlin since March 2020. Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Linda held the same position at Goodman McGuffey LLP from 2018 to 2020 and at Eckert Seamans from 2016 to 2018. Linda began their career as a Firm Administrator at Bayard, P.A. in 2007 and held that role for nine years until 2016.

Linda Flaherty is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Delaware. Linda previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Additionally, they hold a Senior Human Resource Certificate (SHRM-SCP) from Villanova University.
