Chris Lavin

Chris Lavin is an experienced safety and security professional currently serving as the Safety & Security Coordinator for Norristown Area School District since April 2023. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at The Episcopal Academy, including Assistant Director of Campus Safety and Campus Safety Officer, from April 2017 to April 2023. Chris also contributed to security operations as the Manager of Security Technology at the University of Pennsylvania-Division of Public Safety from July 2008 to June 2012. Chris holds a Master of Science in Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice, both from Penn State University.
