Gerhard Bley

Gerhard Bley has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Gerhard is currently serving as the CEO of Norrmejerier since October 2022. Prior to this, from September 2021 to October 2022, they worked as a Senior advisor, lecturer, investor, author, and board member.

Before joining Norrmejerier, Gerhard was the CEO of O. Kavli AB for over 11 years, starting in June 2010 until October 2021. Gerhard then held the position of Vice President Sales at Arla Foods from August 2006 to May 2010.

Additionally, they served as the General Manager Classic Coffee at Arvid Nordquist HAB from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director of Täby Galopp AB from May 2002 to July 2003.

Gerhard Bley has also held executive positions such as CEO/Vice President at Defcom AB from March 2001 to April 2002 and CEO at Fagerdala World Foams AB from May 1995 to March 2001.

Starting their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at AST Computer from June 1992 to May 1995 and as Key account & customer service at Götabanken from May 1990 to April 1992.

Gerhard Bley received a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Economics from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, they attended the University of Arizona from 1989 to 1990, during which they completed the Race Track Industry Program.
