Ayesha Madhumali

Ayesha Madhumali has a strong background in product development and quality control. Ayesha started their career at Samson Rubber Industries as an Industrial Trainee, where they gained knowledge and experience in rubber technology and the manufacturing process for bicycle tires. Ayesha then moved on to MAS Holdings, where they worked as a Research and Development Engineer and a Technical Management Trainee. During their time at MAS Holdings, they honed their skills in research and development and technical management. Most recently, Ayesha joined Norrøna Sport AS as a Product Developer, where they focus on creating and ensuring the quality of their products. Ayesha continues to excel in their role at Norrøna Sport AS.

Ayesha Madhumali began their education in 2001 at Devi Balika Vidyalaya, where they studied Chemistry, Physics, and Combined Mathematics until 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at the University of Moratuwa and completed their Engineer's Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering in 2015. During this time, they also obtained a Diploma in Project Management from Project Management Solutions (PMS) in 2014-2015. In 2013, Ayesha pursued a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Process Technology at the University of South-Eastern Norway, which they began in 2019.
