Agate S. Freimane

Agate S. Freimane is a General Partner at Norrsken VC since August 2017, focusing on early-stage impact investments in technology-driven start-ups that address global challenges. Previously, Agate served as Head of Investments at BrickVest, a European proptech/fintech start-up, contributing to the senior management team from inception. Agate's experience includes a role in Alternative Investments at Morgan Stanley, where $1 billion of capital was managed on behalf of various funds and accounts, and a brief position in Investment Banking and M&A at Citigroup in 2009. Agate holds a BSc in Management with First Class Honours from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School, completed in 2010.
