Ana Serrano

Ana Serrano is an experienced human resources professional currently engaged in a role at Nors, supported by an international professional internship program by Aicep - Inov Contacto. Previously, Ana worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jumia Porto Tech Center, gaining practical knowledge in the recruitment process for Tech and Product positions. Ana's early experience includes a position as an HR-consultant recruitment at Talenter™, participating in recruitment for various roles across hospitality and services sectors. Ana also has experience in customer service gained as a waitress at Lais de Guia, which enhanced soft skills in communication and conflict management. Ana holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from ISCTE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management from FEP U. Porto, complemented by an ERASMUS+ experience at Univerza v Mariboru.
