Lauren Walker

Lauren Walker currently serves as the VP of Product at Norseman Protective Solutions, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Lauren held various senior roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain at Taymor Industries and Director of Supply Chain & IT at Layfield Group, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain management, IT functions, and strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple business lines in North America. Early in the career, Lauren worked at CopperLeaf Technologies and BC Hydro, focusing on product strategy and energy conservation initiatives, respectively. With foundational experience at Eastman Kodak Company, Lauren progressed through roles from Research Scientist to Global Product Manager, overseeing significant product development and marketing efforts. Lauren holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a CPA designation from CPA Canada, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from The University of British Columbia.
