Rune Kavlie

Rune Kavlie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rune started their career in 1992 at Accenture as a Senior Manager, where they worked for 15 years until 2007. In 2007, Kavlie joined Telenor as a Project Director, transitioning to the role of Manager - Strategic Projects and Programs in 2008. Rune held this position for a decade until 2018. In 2018, Kavlie joined Norsk Helsenett SF as the Director Portfolio Management and Projects, a role they held until 2020. Rune then transitioned to the position of Director Strategy and Business Development in the same company.

Rune Kavlie attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science / Cybernetics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at INSEAD in 1997 and received an MBA degree in Business in 1998. Furthermore, in 2010, Rune Kavlie joined the AFF Solstrandprogrammet and participated in the Leadership Development program there.
