Carl Derr

Carl Derr has over four decades of experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Norsk Hydro since July 2002. Prior to this role, Carl held the same position at Better Bilt Windows and Doors from October 1973 to June 2002. Carl’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as an Avionics Technician from September 1969 to September 1973. Carl earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nashville State Community College between 1987 and 1992, and completed secondary education at Boyertown Area High School from 1961 to 1967.
