Cláudia Ayer de Noronha

Cláudia Ayer de Noronha is a knowledgeable professional in the field of sustainability and sociology, currently serving as Sustainability Manager and previously as Sustainability Coordinator at Norsk Hydro since July 2021. Cláudia completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, focusing on characterizing informal productive activities impacted by the Córrego do Feijão Mine Dam. Prior experience includes roles as Socioeconomic Projects Coordinator at Práxis BH, Socioeconomic Projects Specialist at Fundação Renova, and as a researcher at The George Washington University. Cláudia also held academic positions as an Assistant Professor at both the Federal University of Minas Gerais and PUC Minas. With a solid educational background in sociology, Cláudia holds a doctorate, a master's degree, and a bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
