Lukas Bayer

Lukas Bayer has extensive experience in sales and finance, currently serving as the Head of Internal Sales at Norsk Hydro since April 2021. Previous roles include Hybrid Sales and Sales Trainee at the same company. Prior to Norsk Hydro, Lukas held the position of Stellvertretender Teamleiter Finanzen / Controlling at Kreiswerke Delitzsch GmbH from August 2010 to March 2021. In terms of education, Lukas holds a degree in Betriebswirt from IHK zu Leipzig (January 2020 - June 2023), a Wirtschaftsfachwirt diploma from IHK zu Leipzig (2018 - 2020), and an Industriekaufmann qualification from Berufsschule 1 Leipzig (2010 - 2013).
