Nora Andresen Midttun has a diverse work experience. Nora Andresen currently holds the position of Vice President Finance & Strategy Precision Tubing at Norsk Hydro since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for finance, strategy, sourcing, and IT for the Precision Tubing business unit. Prior to this, Nora worked as a Senior Business Planner/Analyst for Norsk Hydro's Primary Metal division, where they were responsible for planning and analysis.
Nora Andresen has also worked at The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate and Visiting Associate from 2014 to 2017. In addition, Nora has experience as a Student Assistant and Teaching Assistant at NTNU, where they assisted in thermodynamics, logistics and production management, corporate finance, supply chain management, and information technology Matlab programming courses.
Nora's experience also includes roles as an Investor and Board Member for Rødvinvest and as the Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper JanuScript and a Board Member of Janus Student Organisation. Nora Andresen has also worked as an Account Manager for UKA'11, responsible for organizing a presentation of Norsk Hydro at Samfundet during UKA.
Nora Andresen Midttun completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2010 and 2015. In 2012 and 2013, they also studied Industrial Economics and Technology Management, with a specialization in Product development and production, at UNSW. Additionally, in 2010, they studied Ex.Phil, Ex.Fac, and English at the University of Sydney. Prior to their higher education, Nora attended Oslo Handelsgymnasium from 2006 to 2009.
