Rafael Silva

Rafael Silva is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background spanning over 20 years in the technology sector. Currently serving as an IT Specialist in Change Management at Norsk Hydro since November 2023, Rafael leads Change Management functions, coordinates activities, and ensures process readiness and improvement. Previously, Rafael worked as an IT Coordinator at Alstom, overseeing site IS&T performance and managing infrastructure projects. Rafael also held the position of Information Technology Lead at Exército Brasileiro, where responsibilities included monitoring IT services and leading an IT team.
