Raymond Luneng

Raymond Luneng is a Process and Quality Manager and Research Scientist at Norsk Hydro since January 2020, focusing on the research and development of foundry alloys and casthouse processes. Prior to this role, Raymond conducted a PhD at NTNU from August 2015 to December 2019, investigating the durability of thermal insulating materials in aluminum electrolysis cells, resulting in the successful development of a new cryolite-resistant insulation material. Raymond holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and Engineering from NTNU and a Master of Science in Nanotechnology from both NTNU and UC San Diego.
