Robson Holanda

Robson Holanda has extensive experience in the aluminum industry, with a focus on project management, industrial operations, maintenance systems, and lean implementation. Robson most recently served as the Head of Project Bauxite & Alumina at Norsk Hydro. Prior to that, they held the position of Industrial Director at Alunorte - Alumina do Norte do Brasil S.A. and Industrial Director at Paragominas Mine - Norsk Hydro. Robson also worked as a Consultant, providing expertise in maintenance strategy and reliability improvement. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Operations Manager at Albras/Brazil and the Smelter Operations Manager at Alumar/Brazil.

Robson Holanda obtained their Masters Degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering at Universidade Federal da Paraíba from 1980 to 1985. Additionally, Robson attended the Foundations for Management Excellence Program at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, although no specific dates were provided for this program.
