Siri Romsbotn

Siri Romsbotn currently serves as an HR Specialist in People Resourcing and Employer Branding at Norsk Hydro since January 2022, focusing on supporting leadership in recruitment processes across various levels and disciplines, alongside strategic employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting Young Professionals. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Consultant at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO) in late 2021, and various positions including HR Trainee at SpareBank 1 SMN, where responsibilities included leading recruitment processes and evaluating onboarding practices. Additional experience spans roles in transcription, waste management, and caregiving.
