Tung Nguyen

Tung Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits analysis. Currently serving as an Analyst at Norsk Hydro since September 2021, Tung conducts global analyses and has previously contributed as a Global Compensation and Benefits Intern, where several dashboards were published in PowerBI. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Oslo, focusing on lymph node assessment strategies in endometrial cancer, and an internship at Yara International, delivering a business case to enhance departmental efficiency. Tung also has a background in education management as a Study Abroad Manager at FPT University, and as a Marketing Specialist at EQuest Academy.
