Erik Olsen is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales and management within the food and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Regional Salgssjef at Norsk Kylling AS / Hugaas Rugeri AS since February 2019, and as Salg og leverandør ansvarlig at SG Trondheim AS since January 2018, Erik has demonstrated expertise in wholesaling local goods to grocery chains in Midt-Norge. Previously, Erik held the position of CEO at SMB Økonomi, overseeing accounting and consulting services, and was Daglig leder at Bama Gruppen AS and Carl Heftye Engros, along with other roles in sales and leadership across various organizations. Erik's educational background includes studies at Trondheim Katedralskole and an apprenticeship as a chef at the Royal Garden Hotel.
