Fabrício Aleksandro

Fabrício Aleksandro has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Fabrício began their career as a Trainee at UniBH - Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte in 2010. In 2011, they became an Electrical Engineer and Trainee at CEMIG. In 2014, they moved to JP LED Lighting as a Junior Electrical Engineer. In 2016, they held two roles, Trade Representative at Baltazar e Silva Representações Ltda and Construction Supervisor - Engineer at Engelig - Montagem e Manutenção Elétrica Ltda. In 2018, they worked at Órigo Energia as a Connection Works Coordinator and Connection Project Leader and at EduQualis as a Commercial Supervisor. In 2021, they became a Project Manager at GreenYellow do Brasil, and in 2022, they were GD Sector Manager at Pacto Energia. Fabrício currently holds the role of Lead Project Manager at Norsk Solar.

Fabrício Aleksandro has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte, obtained in 2012. Fabrício also has a Bacharelado em Engenharia Elétrica Ênfase em Eletrônica from the same institution, obtained in 2012. In 2018, they obtained a Post-Graduation in Project Management from PUC Minas. Currently, they are pursuing a Post-Graduation in Renewable Sources Of Energy: Generation, Operation and Integration from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Fabrício Aleksandro has obtained certifications in Liderança, Produtividade e Gestão do Tempo, Comunicação e Oratória, Global Energy and Climate Policy, Seis Sigma: Green Belt, Como Gerenciar Relacionamentos com seu Chefe, Colegas e Subordinados, Fundamentos do Lean Seis Sigma, Fundamentos do Planejamento Estratégico, Gestão de Equipes de Projetos, Inteligência Emocional, Tomada de Riscos para Líderes, Academic Test, and NR 10 - Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade.
