Materials And Process Engineer at Norsk Titanium

Jo Aunemo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. In 2007, Jo completed a summer internship at Felleskjøpet Agri SA. In 2011, Jo completed a summer internship at Washington Mills as a process operator. In 2012, Jo completed a summer internship at SINTEF associated with their project thesis later that fall. In 2013, Jo worked as a Material Engineer at Aker Solutions, responsible for material and coating selection in projects associated with platforms Aasgard A and B. In 2014, Jo worked as a Consulant at Frontica Business Solutions. In 2015, Jo worked at Neuman Aluminium Raufoss as a Metallurgist, contributing in metallurgical challenges regarding heat treatment, extrusion and machining of suspension parts for e.g. Volvo, Jaguar, Ford and GM cars. Jo also worked at Bredero Shaw as an Improvement Engineer, establishing and improving standard working procedures related to different processes of pipeline treatments. From 2018 to 2022, Jo worked at SINTEF Raufoss Manufacturing AS as a Metallurgist and Welding Engineer (IWE). In 2022, Jo will begin working at Norsk Titanium as a Materials and Process Engineer.

Jo Aunemo attended Orkdal Vidaregåande skole from 2005 to 2008. Jo then went on to the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Master's degree in Materialteknikk. In 2017, they completed an International Welding Engineer (IWE) degree at the University of Agder (UiA).
