Bente Eikedalen Krogsethagen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bente began their career at KPMG Norway in 2000, where they worked as an Auditor, conducting audits on Norwegian and global companies primarily in the consumer market. Bente also provided technical assistance in relation to annual accounts and tax assessment. In 2002, Bente joined Norske Skog as a Financial Controller in the Corporate Accounting department. Bente then moved on to become a Group Business Analyst in the Performance Management department in 2005. Bente later took on the role of Senior Advisor in Commercial Operations, where they provided support, analysis, and advice to the Senior Vice President. Their most recent position at Norske Skog was as the Vice President of Sales Governance.

Bente Eikedalen Krogsethagen completed their Master of Business Administration (Siviløkonom) degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they completed a basic course (grunnfag/årsstudium) in Sociology from the University of Oslo in 1996-1997. Additionally, they pursued a 2-year Financial & Administrative studies program at the University of South-Eastern Norway from 1994 to 1996.
