Colin Edelstein

Colin Edelstein is an experienced executive with a strong background in the construction and development industry. Currently serving as President and Co-Owner at NorSouth Constructs since July 2011, Colin Edelstein has focused on managing client relationships, expanding the third-party general contracting portfolio, and developing corporate branding and identity. Prior roles include President at Atlas Development Group from September 2008 to 2011, Development Director/Principal at Cortland Partners between 2005 and 2008, and Vice President of Development/Principal at Capitol Development Group from 1999 to 2005. Colin Edelstein holds an AB degree in Political Science from The University of Georgia, earned between 1992 and 1997.
