Brandon Richards

Brandon Richards has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Brandon currently serves as the Global CHRO at Norstella, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of General Counsel and Integrations Leader at Norstella from September 2021 to November 2022. Additionally, they served as the General Counsel at Norstella from October 2020 to November 2022.

Before joining Norstella, Richards worked at Century Vision Global, where they held multiple roles. Brandon served as a Contract CEO from December 2019 to October 2020, providing interim CEO services and advising on organizational re-design strategies. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer from January 2019 to December 2019, leading a group of eye care clinic management companies and physician groups. Brandon also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer from August 2017 to January 2019, overseeing HR and legal functions.

Earlier in their career, Richards worked at Transamerica as the Director of HR Operations/Shared Services from March 2016 to August 2017. Brandon led HR operations and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Brandon also worked as an ERISA Counsel, advising on health, welfare, pension, and nonqualified plan issues.

Richards started their career at law firms Eckert Seamans and Fox Rothschild LLP, where they practiced employee benefits and executive compensation law. Brandon served as a Benefits/ERISA Partner at Eckert Seamans from April 2007 to June 2014. Brandon also worked as an Attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP and Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP.

Brandon Richards attended Brighton High School, although the specific start and end years are unknown.
