Kris Kaneta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo in 2000 before moving on to work as a Vice President of Business Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, Kris joined GE as part of their Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), where they gained experience in various areas such as business development, commercial excellence, and global market entry. They then served as Global Marketing Director/CMO at GE Healthcare from 2009 to 2014, leading multi-billion dollar services and software P&L. During this time, they also played a key role in a software and analytics initiative sponsored by GE's Chairman and CEO. Following their tenure at GE Healthcare, Kris became the Chief Marketing Officer at TeleTracking, where they oversaw marketing, corporate strategy, customer experience, and communications. They championed the redefined corporate mission and guided the brand transformation of TeleTracking. In 2020, Kris took on the position of Chief Product Officer - MMIT before transitioning to Norstella as a Global Chief Product Officer in 2021. In addition to their professional roles, Kris co-founded Thrivefull in 2022. Throughout their career, Kris Kaneta has demonstrated a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and marketing within the healthcare and technology industries.

Kris Kaneta holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University. This educational achievement is their earliest recorded experience in the field. Later on, they pursued further studies at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Decision Sciences.
