Melissa Tarcea

Melissa Tarcea has extensive experience in HR roles. Melissa is currently serving as the Director of HR Integrations & Operations at Norstella and MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology) since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at LORD Corporation from 2013 to 2022. Melissa also held HR Manager positions at Whirlpool Corporation from 2012 to 2013, and at Goodrich Aircraft Wheels & Brakes from 2011 to 2012. Melissa began their career at Goodrich Engine Components in 2005 as a Human Resources Administrator and later became a Sr. Human Resource Generalist from 2006 to 2011.

Melissa Tarcea obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Communications from Baldwin Wallace University, completing their education between 2001 and 2004.
