Valeria Gutowski

Valeria Gutowski serves as the SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Norstella, overseeing Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and the integration of legacy businesses into a unified global finance organization, while leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability and scalability since May 2025. Previously, Valeria held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Enfusion from March 2022 to May 2025, contributed as Executive Director and Global Corporate Controller during the transition to a public company, and demonstrated leadership at RR Donnelley as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Valeria's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at Navistar Inc and advancing through various roles at EYEY, specializing in IPO readiness and M&A services. Valeria holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
