Bénédicte Angrand

Bénédicte Angrand is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, employee integration, and operational HR management. Currently serving as the RH Manager for norsys agencies in Grenoble and Aix-en-Provence, as well as the Nantes agency, Bénédicte is a member of the Operational CODIR and the Committee of Permaentrepreneurs, overseeing recruitment, professional interviews, communication initiatives, and contributions to tender responses. Prior to this role, Bénédicte worked with Jesuit Refugee Service Europe as the Coordinator of the Migrant Pole, focusing on supporting migrants and asylum seekers. Bénédicte has also held significant HR positions at Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest and Solvay, gaining experience in international mobility and operational HR processes. Bénédicte holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from NEOMA Business School and has enriched educational experiences through exchanges in Vietnam and Spain.
