Mathilde Durie

Mathilde Durie serves as Directrice du groupe at norsys since 2007, overseeing a team of 25 individuals including financial directors, information systems, innovation, recruiting, and payroll. Durie plays an active role as a member of the ethics committee and the norsys foundation's board, which focuses on environmental protection and social justice. Additionally, Durie has been instrumental in establishing the Pirate innovation and applied research hub, along with a workplace humor festival to enhance organizational performance. As of September 2016, Mathilde Durie has held the position of Présidente de section Lille métropole for CJD Lille Métropole from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading well-being initiatives for leaders and regional environmental discussions. Durie holds a MSG RH degree from IAE Lille.
