Annabell Kuldmaa

Annabell Kuldmaa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public services and digital products, currently serving as Vice President of GovTech for Canada and Head of GovTech Delivery for Estonia at Nortal since 2019. Kuldmaa has held various roles, including Technical Project Manager for Airlines at Peakwork AG and System Analyst for Digital Government at Cybernetica. Additionally, Kuldmaa has contributed to academia as a Research Project Specialist and Teaching Assistant at the University of Tartu. Kuldmaa holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Tartu, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, also from the University of Tartu.
