Hillar Matto

Hillar Matto is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Nortal since October 2021, Hillar is integral to delivering digital transformation initiatives within the company. Prior to this role, Hillar worked as a Senior Consultant at Tripod, focusing on executive search and selection, and served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Omniva, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics talent acquisition on a global scale. Hillar's career began at Amrop Estonia, where a focus on client relationship management and executive search assignments across the Baltics honed expertise in market analysis and candidate sourcing. Hillar holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu, which was completed in 2000.
