Linda Oldenburg

Linda Oldenburg serves as the Director of Digital Innovation & Ecosystem and Geschäftsbereichsleiterin Public Innovation at Nortal since August 2021, leading innovative projects for public sector digital transformation. In parallel, Linda is a board member of Bitkom, focusing on the strategic development of digital administrative services, while advocating for women in technology through roles in the Fachausschuss Frauen in der Digitalwirtschaft and the Arbeitskreis Digitale Geschäftsprozesse. Linda's commitment to leadership and gender diversity is further demonstrated as a PANDA Ambassador and Lean In network manager. Previous experience includes heading E-Government consulting at MACH AG and roles in process optimization and teaching. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Comparative European Politics from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in Political Science from the University of Hamburg.
