Andrea Campos, AICP, currently serves as the Assistant Director and Director of Program Administration at NoRTEC - Northern Rural Training and Employment Consortium since December 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Planner/Project Manager at PMC from September 2012 to November 2014 and Community Development Director for the City of Gridley from February 2002 to May 2012. Additionally, Andrea held positions as a Planner at PMC, Local Development Review Coordinator at Caltrans, and Municipal Management Advisor and Volunteer Coordinator for the Peace Corps. Early career experience includes serving as City Planner and Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Larkspur from February 1990 to April 1994. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from San Francisco State University.
