Matt Lattanzi

Vice President Research And Innovation at Nortek Global HVAC

Matt Lattanzi has a strong background in the HVAC industry, with a focus on research, innovation, regulatory affairs, warranty, technical service, and product management. Matt began their career in 1995 as a Design Engineer at Parker Hannifin before moving to Emerson Climate Technologies in 1999, where they served as the Business Unit Leader for Solenoid Valves. In 2004, Lattanzi joined Nortek Global HVAC, holding various leadership roles including Director of Product Management, Director of Warranty and Technical Service, Senior Director of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, and currently, Vice President of Research and Innovation.

Matt Lattanzi completed their education in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from 1989 to 1993. Later, they went on to receive a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration from the UCF College of Business from 1994 to 1996.
