Steve Einig, MBA has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Marketing at Nortek Global HVAC, where they led a team responsible for business and marketing strategy to fuel high growth. Prior to that, Steve served as the National Accounts Strategic Marketing Leader at Cigna and the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Engagement at Intalere. Steve also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Luxco, Inc. and Director of Marketing at Energizer. Steve has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and product launches. Steve has experience in brand development, market research, sales enablement, and digital transformation. Steve holds an MBA degree and has a strong background in marketing, communications, and business development.

Steve Einig, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Webster University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Missouri State University.

In addition to their formal education, Steve also acquired several certifications. In March 2021, they obtained certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy and completed the Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership program offered by LinkedIn. In January 2021, they completed the Email Marketing: Strategy and Optimization certification, also offered by LinkedIn.
