Tony Gumusata

Tony Gumusata has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Tony started their career as a Field Engineer at eFrame, where they were responsible for installation, implementation, and management of services. Tony then moved on to become a Lead Field Engineer and gained experience in break/fix solutions, server administration, and network maintenance.

Tony later joined Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc. as a Senior IT Operations/Field Support Specialist, where they oversaw operations and support for IT enterprise services across multiple locations. Tony also served as the Team Lead for Base Operations, managing daily operations and personnel.

At Faith Group, LLC, Tony worked as the Information Technology Operations Lead, ensuring comprehensive IT operations and managing financial operations. Tony also served as an IT Analyst.

Tony's next role was as the Director of IT, Infrastructure at The Merit Distribution Group, Inc. Here, they oversaw North American IT operations, supervised staff, and consulted with stakeholders to optimize technology use.

Tony's most recent experience was at Save A Lot, where they served as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager. Here, they managed various IT infrastructure projects, including hardware standardization, ServiceNow implementation, and cloud resource migration. Tony also managed financial operations and budgets related to the IT team.

Currently, Tony is the Director of Information Technology at Nortek Global HVAC, where they lead the IT department.

Tony Gumusata completed an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from St. Louis Community College from 2009 to 2011. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Webster University, graduating in 2025. Prior to that, Tony attended Borough of Manhattan Community College from 2004 to 2006, with a focus on Computer Programming. In addition to their formal education, Tony has obtained various certifications, including ones from LinkedIn and Microsoft, such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. They have also obtained the Ekahau Certified System Engineer Design (ECSE Design) certification from Ekahau.
