Todd Beesley

Todd Beesley, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with extensive experience leading organizations across various sectors. They served as Director of Human Resources at Diakonos Group, LLC, and are currently in the same role at Nortek Data Center Cooling. A combat veteran, Todd held several positions within the US Army, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations, and they are also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. With a strong background in People Operations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Todd is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures and achieving operational excellence. They hold an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University.
