Kristen Shaughnessy, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the FP&A Director of Supply Chain and USA Operations Analysis at Nortera since November 2020. Prior to this role, Kristen held several positions at LiDestri Food and Drink, including FP&A Director of USA Operational Analysis and Director of USA General Accounting. Additional experience includes serving as Financial Controller and Financial Reporting Manager at the same company, alongside a tenure as Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP and Auditor at Reznick Group. Kristen began a career in accounting as an Accounting Tutor at James Madison University while also completing internships, including a summer internship at Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates LLP, and participating in the "xTax Competition" with PwC. Kristen holds both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.
